The weather isn’t the best, but spring is here anyway! Time for iced tea! The perfect way to stay hydrated whilst enjoying something sweet and healthy! You can make it at home in no time: place a few tea bags in a large pitcher. Use a vegetable peeler to strip the peel from a lemon or an orange, and then add the peel to the pitcher. Pour the simmering water into the pitcher and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and discard. Refrigerate the tea until cool.
